libcommons-csv-java software package provides Library for reading and writing CSV files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcommons-csv-java
libcommons-csv-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcommons-csv-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcommons-csv-java *
You will get with libcommons-csv-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
